The Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a fast-paced, interactive leadership development program designed to strengthen volunteer leadership skills and deepen members’ knowledge of Rotary.
Instead of traditional lectures, the curriculum relies on interactive discussions and breakout groups facilitated by trained Rotary leaders. The training is broken down into three progressive, single-day courses (Parts I, II, and III) alongside specialized graduate seminars. [1, 2, 3]
